STANDARD CONTRACT OF SALE Your statutory rights are not affected.

PROPERTY AND RISK Upon delivery of goods to the buyer the risk shall pass to the buyer but the seller shall remain the legal owner of them until such a time as the buyer shall have paid to the seller the full price thereof. The price of the goods is payable within 30 days of delivery. All customers who are not part of the automotive industry will be classed as retail customers and invoiced separately through Motorparts (Newton) Ltd, a sister company in the Bridge Group of companies.

WARRANTY PERIOD The goods you are purchasing are covered for 12 months on an unlimited mileage warranty, assuming all documents are sent to the company requested within 21 days of receipt of goods. The warranty offered by Bridge Cylinder Heads shall apply only on delivery of the part-exchange cylinder head and signed form of acknowledgment of these terms and conditions to Bridge Cylinder Heads. Any additional work and cost involved in warranty work will be authorised and agreed prior to any warranty work being carried out.

RETURNS A return is a purchased item, which has been supplied correctly with relation to the Sale of Goods Act. This does not apply to goods supplied late, goods that are faulty, or goods that have been incorrectly described. Any goods you wish to return must be negotiated verbally prior to sending it back. We will not accept back any unit that has been specially ordered. Returns shall be sent to Bridge Cylinder Heads premises at the buyers expense and any amount credited as a result of these returns will be at the lower of the original price or current price and will incur a 35% handling charge. Any unit returned must be in the built up, complete condition in which it arrived. No goods will be accepted for credit after 28 days.

EXCHANGE UNITS All units are sold as exchange. When your exchange unit is available for collection you should telephone Bridge Cylinder Heads and you will be given a Reference number, which will serve as a record of your notification. Failure to provide Bridge Cylinder Heads with notification will invalidate your warranty. It is your responsibility to make the exchange unit available to Bridge Cylinder Heads or its agents within working hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. After two failed attempted collections, it will become your responsibility to return the unit. Failure to do so within 21 days will invalidate your warranty and leave you liable to pay a surcharge, which is 45% of the cost of the reconditioned unit.

GOODS UNDER GUARANTEE In the rare event that the unit does prove faulty, please write to Bridge Cylinder Heads quoting the original invoice number with details of the time and place of the fault within 14 days of the fault. All warranties commence from the delivery date, not the installation date. Our guarantee covers the cylinder head only, not the gaskets, seals, belts, chains etc. If a unit proves faulty, this unit may be required to be returned for inspection, to ascertain the reasons for failure (the goods will need to be packaged). The inspection will be carried out as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours of the collection). If a returned unit is found to have been overheated, or the temperature indicator has been activated, the warranty will be void. If you are not contactable by telephone or fax, we will communicate the findings of any inspection by letter. If the fault is covered under our guarantee we will either repair or replace the goods as quickly as possible (usually within one week) or refund the purchase price at our discretion. However, Bridge Cylinder Heads requires 28 days from the date of inspection to allow for exceptional circumstances. An independent arbitrator will settle the final decision as to where the fault lies in dispute cases. The cost of the removal of the goods to facilitate inspection and recovery from the place where the fault occurred will not be the responsibility of Bridge Cylinder Heads. Any costs incurred while the vehicle is immobilized for the rectification of the fault i.e. buses, taxis, loan or hire vehicles and any consequential losses or associated costs will not be the responsibility of Bridge Cylinder Heads. Claims in the case of the inability of Bridge Cylinder Heads to repair or supply alternative goods within 28 days shall be limited to the costs of the original goods. English Law will apply in all cases.

INSPECTING YOUR GOODS ON ARRIVAL It is necessary to check the goods and packaging on arrival for any damage, as couriers will not accept claims not reported at the time. Should you have any problems, please ask the delivery driver to wait whilst you telephone Bridge Cylinder Heads. If you do sign for the goods ‘in good condition’ and then discover transport damage, please telephone Bridge Cylinder Heads immediately for help. It is highly recommended that partially opened or unopened parcels be fully opened and goods removed and inspected within one hour of acceptance of the goods, as claims beyond local depot shift changes are rarely entertained.

1. Entry to the Free Prize Draw is only available to Nationwide Autocentre managers in the UK. One entry per Nationwide manager will be entered into the Free Prize Draw.

2. The winners will receive two paddock side tickets to the HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championships held at Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire on Sunday 30th August 2009. The winners will have access to the paddock area throughout the day and get a close insight into how a Ginetta G50 touring team prepares a car and driver for this championship race. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Accomodation and transport to and from the circuit is not included in the prize.

4. The prize draw will take place on 21/8/09 at Bridge Car Company Ltd, 61A Talbot Road, Newton, Hyde, Cheshire SK14 4EU. Two winners will be chosen at random from the correct entries received at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Each winner will receive two tickets for themselves and a friend.

5. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 4 days. The prize must be taken before 31/8/09. A copy of the winners names can be obtained by writing to Bridge Car Company Ltd, 61A Talbot Road, Newton, Hyde, Cheshire SK14 4EU.

6. If no correct entries are received by 21/8/09, Bridge Car Company Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

7. Bridge Car Company Ltd employees or employees of any associated company, their families and anyone else associated with the running of the event are not eligible to enter this Prize Draw.

8. No purchase necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

9. Bridge Car Company Ltd reserve the right to feature the winners names and likenesses as part of any future promotion.

10. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoter is Bridge Car Company Ltd.
