Turbochargers

Not all remanufactured turbochargers are the same.

Our carefully sourced Turbochargers undergo the same intensive remanufacturing programme, involving complete strip down and thorough cleaning, using pyrolytic technology. Bearings, ring seals and bolts are automatically replaced. All other parts are meticulously examined and checked against OE specifications and any non-conforming parts are replaced.

Turbochargers undergo stringent quality checks and test procedures throughout the remanufacturing process to ensure maximum durability and service life. Prior to final assembly the turbo rotating assembly is balanced on the latest computerised VSR machines at a speed of up to 250,000 RPM, at which time oil flow rates are also checked. All units are then flow tested and calibrated to ensure they perform within the manufacturer's specifications before undergoing final quality inspection and packing.
